Payment & booking
This is a one-off payment in Australian dollars (AUD), not a subscription. Review the final total, including any applicable GST, in the secure Stripe checkout before paying. Paying for a treatment does not reserve an appointment; book separately and quote your purchase reference. Treatment suitability is assessed at your consultation. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.
Cancellations & missed appointments
To cancel or reschedule, contact the clinic as soon as possible. Before booking, confirm any cancellation notice requirements and late-cancellation or missed-appointment conditions with us. Cancelling an appointment does not automatically request a refund of an online purchase; contact us separately if you would like a refund.
Refunds & your consumer rights
For treatment or gift voucher refund requests, contact us with your purchase reference and the reason for your request. Change-of-mind refunds are not an automatic entitlement under Australian Consumer Law; contact the clinic to discuss your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including a refund or other remedy where required.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are for treatments and skincare services at Fundamental Skin. Check the recipient’s email before paying. The voucher reference is emailed after successful payment and is needed to redeem it. Contact us before purchasing if you need to confirm expiry, transfer or remaining-balance conditions. Your Australian Consumer Law rights also apply to voucher purchases.
